Crisis Mental Health Resources
If you are having a mental health emergency, call your therapist or Vaya Health's toll-free crisis hotline at 1-800-849-6127.
For HIGHTS Therapy Clients Only:
If you are having a mental health crisis during office hours, you may contact your HIGHTS therapist by phone call or text. If they do not return your call or text within 15 minutes, please utilize the after-hours on-call therapist.
If you are experiencing a crisis after office hours, contact the on-call therapist at 828-507-6060. Leave a voicemail message and the therapist will return your call within five minutes. If the on-call therapist does not answer within 30 minutes, please call Vaya Health’s toll-free crisis hotline at 1-800-849-6127.
