Make a Referral to HIGHTS

Do you know a youth who could benefit from HIGHTS' programs? We offer multiple opportunities to support young people, including:

General HIGHTS Referral – Connecting youth to restorative justice services, mediation, and counseling.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program – Helping youth build career skills, gain work experience, and access education and employment opportunities.

Animal-Assisted Intervention (AAI) – Providing therapeutic support through interactions with animals to promote emotional and mental well-being.

Transitional Youth Service Self Referral - The Preparation for Adulthood Transition and Healing (PATH) program provides individualized, relationship-based support to help young adults transition successfully into adulthood. Individuals ages 18 and older may complete the PATH self-referral form. All other referrals should be submitted through the general HIGHTS referral form.
