C.O.R.E.

Community Outreach Restitution and Engagement

C.O.R.E assists youth who are assigned community service from the juvenile justice system. It provides meaningful service opportunities that include learning vocational and life skills. Participants build and strengthen their sense of community, develop interest, and find a sense of belonging and purpose.

We believe that building a bridge between youth and the community as they serve their court-ordered hours allows them to meet caring people, connect to vital local resources that can offer them support, and develop lasting relationships that provide mentorship and guidance. Through helping others in the community, youth have an opportunity to help themselves, develop interests and skills, and find a sense of belonging and purpose.
