Preparation for Adulthood Transformation and Healing
The Preparation for Adulthood Transformation and Healing program serves Medicaid-eligible youth ages 16–21 interested in furthering their education or gaining employment. It supports participants in securing reliable transportation, stable housing, employment, and developing essential life skills such as budgeting, managing healthcare, and grocery shopping.
For youth ineligible for WIOA, the program offers college enrollment assistance and job placement support—ensuring all young people have access to tools for long-term success in both work and life.
Youth with identified substance use needs receive a comprehensive assessment to determine the appropriate level of care. They are connected to local recovery resources and introduced to certified peer support specialists who bring lived experience in addiction and recovery.
Through this program, young people explore their purpose, build resilience, and gain the confidence to manage their mental health and navigate adulthood.
